User Data Deletion Instructions

Harvest International School respects requests about personal information collected through its website, admissions enquiries, HAVI AI chatbot and official WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram channels.

Request deletion

Email info@his.ac.ug with the subject Personal Data Deletion Request. Include your name, a contact method, the service or communication channel you used and a description of the information you want deleted. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive identification documents.

What happens next

We review the request, take reasonable steps to verify identity or authority when needed, identify relevant records and determine what can lawfully be deleted. Some records must be retained for educational, safeguarding, financial, contractual or legal obligations. We will communicate the outcome and explain any information that must be retained.

Third-party platforms

Deleting information from school systems does not necessarily delete copies independently retained by WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or other platforms. Users may need to manage those records through the relevant platform.
